Cooler Corn

Cooler corn is just that. You take your Coleman cooler from the garage and clean it out. Then put into it a dozen corn cobs that have been cleaned. Pour over it two kettles of hot water and close the lid. Then Nothing. Let sit closed for 30 minutes and it is done perfect and it will not cook past perfection. I love this way to cook corn.
We owned a campground on Lake Huron for twenty-one years and I learned all kinds of camping tips from the campers that camped with us. I really miss it a lot.
